Patient-based fluid therapy

When dealing with fluid therapy, the emergency clinician needs to decide which patient needs fluid, which fluid type is indicated, how to administer the ideal fluid and how much of it. In this case-based webinar we revisit the reasons for fluid therapy and the assessment of the fluid deficit as this information is needed to determine the type and amount of fluid.
We will discuss optimal amount of fluid and rate of administration in different types of emergencies.
