Application Period for the Winter Semester (new students) – 1st – 31st May of the respective year
Application Period for the Summer Semester (new students) – 1st – 31st October of the preceding year

Winter Semester 2024 – 2025: Start 16th September 2024 – End 10th February 2025
Summer Semester 2024 – 2025: Start 17th February 2025 – End 14th September 2025

Examination Dates – Summer Semester 2024 – 2025:

For CSAVP/EMSAVM participants: Examination date: 18 June 2025
For CASVM/MASVM participants: Examination date: 16 and 17 June 2025

Graduation Ceremony for MASVM/CASVM students of the year 2024 – 2025: TBA
Graduation Ceremony for EMSAVM/CSAVP students of the year 2024 – 2025: TBA

Submission of written assignments (case logs, case reports): At any point in time during your enrolment, but not earlier than having attended at least one course in the major subject. In order to guarantee an evaluation of your assignments and validation of ECTS credits in the same semester, please do not submit more than 3 assignments per semester and not later than the given deadline for the respective semester:
