Overview: In this talk, we will present and discuss a selection of clinical cases, examining them from both diagnostic and therapeutic perspectives. The focus will be on the critical exchange between the oncologist and the cytologist, specifically addressing what each specialist seeks from the other to guide optimal patient management. Additionally, we will delve into cytology reporting, with a special emphasis on how to craft insightful and clear comments that enhance communication and decision-making in clinical practice.
