Education and Experience

Dr. Stamatina Giannikaki is a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist (ECVO) and the founder of MeYeVet Referrals in Athens, Greece. She graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and pursued advanced postgraduate training in veterinary ophthalmology in the United States, followed by the United Kingdom, where she completed a European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ECVO) residency and obtained her diploma in 2021.
Her clinical interests focus particularly on intraocular surgery. Deeply committed to education, Dr. Giannikaki is actively involved in teaching and regularly contributes to veterinary ophthalmology courses across Europe.
