• 2022-current (ongoing): Specialist Feline Clinician, Nantwich Pet Vets, Nantwich, CW5 5SF. Lead feline clinician (first opinion and internal medicine referrals) three days a week
• 2007-current (ongoing): Chief Executive, Vet Professionals Ltd, a company I founded in 2007. Vet Professionals offers a number of services including ‘Zoom’ referrals for cat owners around the world, online clinical research studies, publication of books aimed at veterinary professionals and pet owners, free to access technical advice for veterinary professionals and pet owners via the company website www.vetprofessionals.com, provision of online and ‘face to face’ continuing professional development courses for veterinary professionals and pet owners, consultancy advice for pet food and pharmaceutical companies, invited lecturer at national and international conferences and meetings in the UK, US, Europe, Japan, Australia
• 2005-2007: Established and directed the First Opinion and Referral Feline Clinic, Downland Veterinary Group, Emsworth, Hampshire October 2004 – December 2006.
• 2001-2004: Lecturer in feline medicine at the University of Bristol, UK: 2001-2004
• 1997-2000: Wellcome Trust Funded Research Training Scholar, University of Bristol, 1997-2000 resulting in a PhD (2001)
