Stuck in the middle with you – Pancreatic disease

Pancreatitis has become a frequent disease – or not? We will discuss if an elevated PLI always indicates pancreatitis and which dietary management those patients require.
EPI cases are easy to treat – we just give enzymes, right? While enzyme supplementation is the cornerstone of treatment, it does not bring the digestion back to normal, further aspects must be considered.
