Teaching Experience

I am actively involved in teaching in the veterinary curriculum, including immunology and hematology (~ 8 courses per year). I teach in many different residency courses, such diagnostic oncology, cellular pathology (tumor biology), journal club, and many others (~ 8-10 courses per year). I also mentor several master and PhD students and participate in continuing education events for veterinarians.

Research

My research interests are in immunology and canine cancer, especially the characterization of canine hematopoietic tumors and the investigation of alternative treatment strategies. Some selected publications and book chapters are listed below.
