Education and Experience
Ewa graduated from Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Poland, where she also pursued a PhD. After obtaining her PhD and spending a brief period in private practice, she was accepted into a residency position in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging at Vetsuisse-Fakultät – Universität Zürich in Switzerland. Ewa completed her residency training in 2018 and, in February of the following year, passed the board examinations, earning the title of EBVS® European Specialist in Diagnostic Imaging.
Georg graduated from the Veterinary University of Vienna in 2006, where he also completed a rotating small animal internship and a three-year ECVS approved residency program in small animal surgery. 2015 Georg moved to UK and worked as a specialist small animal surgeon in international renowned referral centers (Animal Health Trust, Dick White Referrals). In 2018 Georg returned back to Austria where he is CEO and head surgeon of a busy referral centre. Beside his clinical work, Georg has published articles in peer reviewed journals and has lectured and been invited as a speaker at numerous conferences and CPD courses at national and international level.Teaching Experience
Ewa enjoys teaching and working with undergraduate students, interns, and residents. She has been an instructor for ESAVS Diagnostic Ultrasound I and II since 2018 and, in 2025, joined Ines Carrera as a co-master in the Diagnostic Imaging – Focus On: Advanced Neuroimaging course. Additionally, she delivers numerous CPD courses on Diagnostic Imaging in her home country.
