Examination Dates

General:
Winter Semester Examinations: End of January
Summer Semester Examinations: Mid-end of June

Winter Semester 2026 – 2027:
For CSAVP/EMSAVM participants: Examination date: TBA
For CASVM/MASVM participants: Examination date: TBA

Graduation Ceremony for EMSAVM/CSAVP students of the year 2025 – 2026: 9 December 2026
Graduation Ceremony for MASVM/CASVM students of the year 2025 – 2026: 8 December 2026

Submission of written assignments (case logs, case reports): At any point in time during your enrolment, but not earlier than having attended at least one course in the major subject. In order to guarantee an evaluation of your assignments and validation of ECTS credits in the same semester, please do not submit more than 3 assignments per semester and not later than the given deadline for the respective semester:

Deadline for the Winter Semester 2026-2027: 30th November 2026
Deadline for the Summer Semester 2026-2027: 1st May 2027
