Application Period for the Summer Semester (new students) – 1st – 31st October of the preceding year

Winter Semester 2025 – 2026: Start 15th September 2025 – End 9th February 2026
Summer Semester 2025 – 2026: Start 16th February 2026 – End 12th September 2026

Examination Dates

General:
Winter Semester Examinations: End of January
Summer Semester Examinations: Mid-end of June

Summer Semester 2025 – 2026:
For CSAVP/EMSAVM participants: Examination date: 16 June 2026
For CASVM/MASVM participants: Examination date: 16, 17 and 18 June 2026

Graduation Ceremony for EMSAVM/CSAVP students of the year 2024 – 2025: 9 December 2025
Graduation Ceremony for MASVM/CASVM students of the year 2024 – 2025: 10 December 2025

Submission of written assignments (case logs, case reports): At any point in time during your enrolment, but not earlier than having attended at least one course in the major subject. In order to guarantee an evaluation of your assignments and validation of ECTS credits in the same semester, please do not submit more than 3 assignments per semester and not later than the given deadline for the respective semester:

Deadline for the Winter Semester 2025-2026: 30th November 2025
Deadline for the Summer Semester 2025-2026: 1st May 2026
